Require IPAF Demonstrator, level qualification (other recognised training bodies will be considered). IPAF instructor certification is desirable and advantageous.

About the job
This role will be responsible for the familiarisation training and instructor training of operators of AWPs. In addition to this purpose, “off-hire” inspections are also a component of the Operations Specialist’s role.
Training may be applied at the Instructor level – issuing licenses or familiarisation level – issuing familiarisation certificates
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Scheduling and delivering training to the required IPAF standards.
- Scheduling and delivering IPAF training and MEWP familiarization.
- Able to deliver a minimum of 3a, 3b, 1b, and H category training.
- Ensuring appropriate materials and training areas are prepared to required standards and available for use during indoor and outdoor training sessions.
- Ensuring machines comply with relevant legislation before training.
- Planning and executing training sessions for Manlift customers according to Manlift and relevant rules, procedures, and processes.
- Completing Fall-Arrest and Fall-Restraint harness examinations.
- Open to traveling PAN India.
- Maintaining accurate training records as per third-party and Manlift requirements.
- Can speak and understand English and Hindi.

Education
Work experience
3 years’ experience in operating various types of Aerial Work Platforms, Operator licence in IPAF categories 1a, 1b, 3a, 3b & H and First Aid certification.
Experience training or delivery of presentations
Skills
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Hindi and English
Drivers licence is essential
