Estimate your emission before you rent

At Manlift, we recognize the importance of reducing carbon footprints and minimizing environmental impact. That’s why we’ve created an easy-to-use calculator to help you estimate emissions before renting any equipment. Simply enter the type and quantity of equipment you intend to rent, along with the rental duration, and our algorithm will analyze the data to give you an estimate of the associated emissions, including nitrogen oxides.

By understanding emissions upfront, you can make informed choices to lessen your environmental impact. Whether you’re renting aerial work platforms, telehandlers, or other equipment, our Emission Calculator empowers you to select the most eco-friendly options for your project.

Understanding the data

The Emission Calculator has been developed by the Manlift Group using data from the ERA guide to carbon reporting, anonymized analysis of actual Manlift customer consumption, and information provided by OEMs regarding machine (engine) consumption.

This calculator is offered to our customers solely to assist in estimating their emissions. It is not intended to be comprehensive or to provide all the necessary information for calculating emissions. Actual CO2 emissions may vary from the estimates based on factors such as actual machine usage (operating hours), usage patterns (frequency, load, and type of movement), and technical variations (engine age, operating hours, and machine configurations). Manlift Group does not make any express or implied guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information from the calculator and is not liable for any damages resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data.

Please note that CO2 emissions can also apply to electric machines. In our Emission Calculator, the estimated CO2 emissions for electric machines are calculated based on the machine’s kWh consumption multiplied by the average CO2 emissions per kWh of generated electricity in Qatar, as per the Qatari energy mix according to Statista.

Kindly note that CO2 emission can apply to electric machines. In our Emission Calculator, the estimated CO2 emission value for electrical machines is based on the machine kWh consumption times the Qatari average CO2 emission per kWh for generated electricity, based on the Qatari energy mix according to Statista.
