After successfully finishing both the Harness User Course (HU) and Harness Inspector Course (HI), individuals with a valid Powered Access Licence (PAL Card) will have the corresponding qualification/s digitally appended to their card, accessible through the IPAF ePAL app. Those without a PAL Card will be issued a digital certificate.
