Manlift India new locations
The new 4.5 acres Depot in Greater Noida will facilitate an increased fleet size supported by efficient processes in the “rental cycle” ensuring high productivity levels with safety. At Manlift India, we are positive about the growing market potential of India and we expect to grow our fleet rapidly. The new depot will be the hub of Manlift India’s expansion program.
Our teams have innovated and successfully completed this transition including The Manlift Way. The country manager, Siddharth Shrivastav added,

The impressive depot will be designed to deliver greater value and efficiency from our customers’ perspective. Clarity on visual management that defines various “off-rent to ready line” will support waste elimination in preparing equipment for rent.

As with all Manlift locations, technician training will ensure we take care of our equipment assets that serve our customers. Our KPIs including “Field service response” and “field service resolution” and our technical customer service division will ensure that these metrics are moving in the right direction. And above all, customer feedback and our “continuous improvement culture” will ensure we deliver the best customer service.
Manlift continues to operate on a strict COVID-19 prevention and protection protocol. Numerous depot operational contingency plans, Management and operational teams shift work schedules and multiple best practices related to combating the spread of the COVID-19 virus have been put in place. These prevention and control measures are continuously reviewed so that we adapt to the changing environment of the pandemic and stay ahead of the challenges it imposes.
